         You can choose... glued proffiled bar, cillindric log or panelno-frame and frame houses.... First of all, proceeding from financial possibilities, be defined with style of the project of the wooden house, a square and type of wall bar. We offer some the basic types of wooden houses...

a) The classical wooden house from a bar (a log).The thickness of cillindric log is about 240mm, it is quite enough for warm construction of srub, built by a cup method. We offer manufacturing of log houses on individual and typical design of any complexity. Such house does not demand the strengthened base and sejsmo-is steady enough. Correctly built log house or a bath-house is capable to stay about 70th years sometimes and more... Pay attention, at entrance to any villagethere are small houses with straw roofs, which stand without the base!!! On the rough ground area!!! - these old houses without any care, have staid not one decade of years, and some have endured children of the builders. It is much speaks about...

b) Houses from a profilled bar are good, because their construction of internal walls doesn’t need any additional furnish. The surface of connection is about for all width of a bar, and profile insert serves as additional protection against a draught and occurrence of cracks and consolidations of ground. Profilled bar is made in industrial method by sawing off four edgings from a log. At its manufacturing strictly certain standard form (profile), which is given to a usual bar. As advantages of sawn profilled a bar it is necessary to notice first of all, that wooden houses from proffiled bar are quickly and easily gathered as all products, made on machine tools with a split-hair accuracy. As a rule, the expense of a warmer is the minimal. Besides, the bar profile constructs so that rain water, and also the thawn snow does not get between profilled bar in the next wreaths that protects walls from occurrence of the centres of rotting. Finally, the house from profilled bar, right after the buildind, has tidy and attractive looking and does not demand additional furnish. But, speaking about profilled bar, it is impossible to forget that it is a volume material. So to dry it to condition, when consolidation and deformation will be minimum, is difficult enough...

c) Glued bar and houses from glued bar. The technology of wooden housing construction are in developing. To improve natural characteristics of a wooden bar and to get rid of its such lacks as deformation at drying and consolidation - there was an idea to glue a bar from already dry boards or lamels. Glued profilled bar appears stronger in comparison with usual profilled bar, and in different humidity it does not change the form, it "does not conduct". Each firm-manufacturer of a glued bar develops its own design of connections, therefore at different firms they are essentially different. There are designs in which for joint consolidation the flax or tow layer is laid. However there are also more difficult systems a groove-ledge, used of additional sealants for which, thanks to the highest accuracy of their execution, is not required. After giving glued bar of a necessary profile it cut at size and pieces.
        

d) Panel-frame houses. Building of frame houses allows to surpass both the large cottages, and the inexpensive village houses, which are better then brick houses under qualitative characteristics and image looking. The base of the frame house is a wooden skelet from saw-timber. For increasing of space also gluad beams can be used. For a thermal protection, as a rule, are used mineral cotton wool from glass (Ursa, Isover) or from stone breeds (Rockwool). The sickness of150mm provides the thermal protection layer for all-the-year-round comfortable residing. As wind protection at building of the frame house is used wood-fiber or OSB panels. Internal and external furnish depends on wishes of the Customer.
